Sonia is a Principal in the Consulting business of EY and has previously held roles including Americas Consulting Talent Leader and Northeast Performance Improvement Growth Leader. She has also served on the firm\u2019s Inclusiveness Advisory Council for several years. She was recognized with a \u2018Women Leaders in Consulting\u2019 achievement award from Consulting Magazine in 2018. <\/p>\n<p>Sonia was born in India, grew up in the UK and studied in the UK and Canada. She holds a bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degree in economics from the University of Cambridge. Luke is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at P10 Holdings. Prior to joining P10, Mr. Sarsfield worked at Goldman Sachs for over 23 years, where he held numerous senior leadership roles in asset management, including: Global Co-Head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Chief Commercial Officer of Asset and Wealth Management, and Global Co-Head of the Client Business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Previously, Mr. Sarsfield was a senior leader in Goldman Sachs\u2019 Investment Banking Division, where he served as Global Head of the Financial Institutions Group, Global Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking, and Co-Head of the Healthcare Group in the Americas. Additionally, he served as a member of the firm\u2019s Management Committee and Partnership Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Sarsfield currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the Montclair Kimberley Academy and Treasurer of the Board of Safe Horizon, the largest victim services agency in the United States. Mr. Sarsfield earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA, magna cum laude, from Harvard College. She was one of our longest standing members with nearly three decades of dedication to Safe Horizon. Her influence will be felt for generations to come.<\/p>\n<p>In 1993 Joann and her late husband Todd helped Safe Horizon purchase a building that became Lang House, an emergency shelter for families fleeing domestic violence. Lang House was our first fully owned and operated domestic violence shelter. Joann continued to show her dedication and joined our Board in 1997. Joann\u2019s passion for helping domestic violence survivors also led to The Lang Report, a transformative 2018 study that inspired the concept of Open Shelter. Joann was honored twice at our annual Champion Celebration. First in 2007 and then in 2023 with the inaugural Lifetime of Service Award.<\/p>\n<p>Joann served on the Board of Jewish Homes and Hospitals for 30 years and was a member of the Resident Care Committee.
