Criminal Courts <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

In our Court-based Reception Centers, survivors and witnesses in Criminal Court cases have a safe space to wait, meet with a case manager, and access services\u2014including information about the criminal justice process and advocacy with the District Attorney\u2019s office and court staff.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Domestic Violence Law Project <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Our attorneys represent and advise survivors of domestic abuse in cases involving custody, visitation, divorce, orders of protection, and child support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Family Justice Center <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

At the Manhattan Family Justice Center, we serve walk-in survivors of domestic and gender-based violence and their children, providing access to case management, economic empowerment, counseling, and both civil and criminal legal assistance.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
