She also served as the strategic people and diversity lead at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts where she advanced equitable hiring practices, inclusive workforce planning, and cross-agency collaboration.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m honored to join Safe Horizon as the Chief People Experience Officer.
