Sometimes this is because a defendant has not yet made a payment or there was insufficient contact information. City\/State\/ZIP<\/strong> – Required for the current address provided.<\/p>\n

Phone Number<\/strong> – The best telephone number to contact you.<\/p>\n

Email Address<\/strong> -The best email address to contact you.<\/p>\n

Defendant Name<\/strong> – The defendant is the person who has been charged with the crime. The defendant’s name can be found on a copy of the police complaint, District Attorney’s Office subpoena, Order of Protection, or letter notifying you of the final outcome of the case.<\/p>\n

Docket Number<\/strong> – The docket number is the court tracking number that can be found on District Attorney’s Office subpoena, an Order of Protection, or letter notifying you of the final outcome of the case.<\/p>\n

Case Number<\/strong> – The case number is a Safe Horizon tracking number assigned to your restitution case. The case number can be found on a Safe Horizon notification letter or on the stub of a distribution check.<\/p>\n

Court<\/strong> – Court would be any criminal or family court located in one of the five boroughs in NYC. Normally this is the borough in which the arrest\/crime occurred.<\/p>\n
